Re: Christmas week!

Well... Keep at it. Make sure you eat correctly. I'm thinking I'll start an upper body program pretty quickly. My lower body is pretty solid but my upper body is flabby. I'll send before and after pics...

Also, you can (and probably should) request water instead of cool aid. You should learn the art of eating slowly...  By eating slowly you keep the enjoyment but you eat half the food (I still am no good at it but my Dad is awesome at it). Anyway, you need to get serious about it. Take care of yourself.
